Falings' Summonings

by owlycode

Falings' Summonings adds a new ender mob, the Faling, that trades for a new currency called Endmeralds, along with a new magic structure.

FabricForgeNeoForgeQuiltServer required, client optionalAll rights reserved1.21.2 – 26.2

What it does

Players call a Faling into the world by hurling an Eye of Ender at a villager, and the summoned mob then offers trades. Endmeralds, the currency used in these trades, come from mining endstone with a pickaxe. An enchantment of Fortune on that pickaxe raises the number of Endmeralds dropped. The Faling trades collect rare items that players can buy, and the author describes some of them as the rarest items in the game.

The mod includes an End Combine, a machine that is placed in the world and built from a hammerspace-style mechanism. Once placed, it grants the Slow Falling effect to players nearby, which helps when crossing areas with a lot of vertical space. The Faling Deep structure generates as part of the new magic content.

Falings' Summonings is a mod where the server must run it, and players may add it too; a server can run without a client copy. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and a data pack is also available. Install the data pack by placing the zip file in the datapacks folder of a world, and make sure the Minecraft version matches the data pack version. Builds cover 1.21.2 – 26.2, and the mod is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.

What the author says

Falings have collected a specific collection of rare items that they intend to trade off to players, seeing as these are some of the rarest items out there.
