Experience Plus is a Forge magic mod for 1.20.1 that changes how experience points are stored, carried and shared between players.
What it does
Experience Plus adds items such as a Lapis Lazuli Chalice, which holds experience points so a player can keep them instead of losing them on death. Experience points can be moved from the player into the chalice and back. The mod also includes XP nugget textures, which are modeled after the nugget items of the Create mod.
Sharing is the main purpose of the mod. Stored experience points can be passed to another player with a simple action, which suits servers where players trade or pool resources. Because the mod is client and server, both the server and every player need to have it installed. Files exist for Forge only, for 1.20.1, and the latest file is version 1.0, published on 2024-11-06. The code is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
