Equestrian Extras adds horse-related blocks, items and tools to Fabric, covering jumps, tack and stable pieces for building horse areas in survival and creative worlds.
What it does
The Fabric mod brings horse-related content into the game in several groups. Horse blankets and halters can be worn in a dedicated armor slot and dyed in the same colors as leather horse armor. Saddle racks, sliding Dutch doors and stable panels and bars come in several wood types, so a stable can be built in matching timber. Straw bedding stacks in layers the way snow does, and thatch blocks come as full blocks, slabs and stairs. White gates, fences and iron gates in 16 colors round out the set.
The placeable pieces are used with the sneak key held: a saddle rack is placed against a wall to hold saddles, and sneak-placing lets a block be set precisely while interacting with the block beside it. Equestrian Extras runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, and the source code and a wiki are public. Required dependencies are Cloth Config API, Fabric API and Mod Menu, and Dyed is optional.

I thought Minecraft needed more horse related mods, especially for Fabric, so this was my attempt at making that happen. It is currently only available for 1.17.1 and 1.18 with an alpha version available for 1.19, but later…
