With Epic Compat: MrCrayfish's Gun Mod installed next to Epic Fight, MrCrayfish's Guns weapons get Epic Fight's animations in battle.
What it does
The compatibility mod links MrCrayfish's Gun Mod with Epic Fight, so that guns wielded in Epic Fight's battle mode use the Epic Fight animation set instead of the default gun animations. Epic Fight is a required dependency and must be installed alongside this mod.
Animations only appear when Epic Fight's animations are enabled, and battle mode filters them: in either case, the battle mode setting decides whether the animations play. A wielded gun in battle mode still performs melee attacks on left click, so players who prefer vanilla first-person animations can combine them with Epic Fight's third-person animations, and Epic Tweaks can handle that combination.
The mod also provides new weapon types and lets custom items be defined with gun-wielding animations. Gun addons for MrCrayfish's Gun Mod are assigned an Epic Fight weapon type automatically, and they default to the MrCrayfish gun type. More detail is in the Epic Fight wiki.
