Elegant Armour π
Elegant Armour lets each player hide worn armour, choose a slimmer armour model and set display options, both for themselves and as server defaults.
What it does
Players can hide their armour pieces so that only the rest of the outfit shows. A thinner armour model is available as an alternative to the standard one, and Elytras are controlled separately from chestplates, so the wings can be shown or hidden on their own. Every option can be set per armour item, either forced hidden, forced shown, or left to follow the default.
A new icon beside each user in the Social interactions screen opens the mod's menu. Server owners set default settings that apply to all players, and players can then override them for their own character, only for the options they change. Server owners can also see other players' chosen options. Elegant Armour needs Fabric API and is published for Fabric and Quilt for 1.19 β 1.20.3, with 1.2.0 for 1.20.3 as the latest file. It runs on the client alone, and the mod is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.

Use cases
Servers with shared defaults
Server owners can set one default for all players and let individuals adjust their own display.
Who itβs for: Players who want to change how their worn armour looks, and server owners who want to set display defaults for their community.
How it compares
Armour Bundles is open source under the MIT License and runs on client and server together, with Fabric files for 1.19 β 26.3. Cape Over Elytra is also open source under the MIT License, and it is client-side only for Fabric, with files for 1.20.6 β 26.3, so it works where Elegant Armour's 1.19 β 1.20.3 range does not reach. Low Armor Notifier covers only 1.19.4 on Fabric and Quilt and is client-side only.
