DiscordPort (Fabric)
by MCclip
DiscordPort links a Minecraft server to a Discord channel, relaying chat in both directions and posting rich status embeds from the server.
What it does
Once the server runs DiscordPort, messages typed in the game reach a configured Discord channel and messages from that channel appear in the server chat. Player accounts can be linked to Discord accounts, and status embeds show the server state in a readable form. The mod targets Fabric and covers game versions 1.19.2 – 1.21.5, with 1.0.1 for 1.21.5 as the latest file.
Voice channels can display figures such as the player count and TPS, refreshed automatically as the server changes. Messages and placeholders can be customized, with 35 or more placeholders for values like TPS, online players and RAM usage. Text is available in 20 languages, and the server picks one from the operating system on first startup.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything. It needs Fabric Loader and Fabric API 0.15 or newer, and a Discord bot must be created and invited to the target server before the relay works. The code is not open source and is released under All rights reserved.
