Deadly Deadly Dungeon
by Caesius_Leo
Deadly Deadly Dungeon adds sprawling, randomly generated dungeons with several levels, where rooms and halls shift between worlds.
What it does
Players who want a long, demanding exploration target can find the dungeons in the world, where rooms, halls and their variants are arranged in different ways each time. The rooms themselves change as well, so a dungeon is hard to memorize and a player is unlikely to get lost in a familiar layout. Difficulty rises the deeper a player descends, and the loot improves along with it, with bosses guarding progress through the levels.
The mod is built for adventure play and real challenge, and the structures are large: some span thousands of blocks and take real time to explore. Nine different dungeon types are present, including major and minor variants for plains, desert and frozen biomes, plus a monolithic tower, a wizard tower and a spider lair. The server must run it, while players may leave it out. The mod is released under a custom license and is not open source. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and a data pack is also available for servers. Builds cover 1.20.6 – 26.3, with 1.0.6+mod for 26.3 as the latest file.
