Discord Webhook Wizard
Discord Webhook Wizard forwards chat messages from a Minecraft server to a Discord channel through a webhook, and posts server status updates there as well.
What it does
Discord Webhook Wizard sends game chat messages from the server to a Discord webhook, which makes it a one-way bridge: messages travel from Minecraft to Discord, not back. Server status messages such as server starting, server started, server stopping and server stopped can be switched on or off separately, so a channel only receives the notices its staff want to see.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything and only the server needs it. Fabric API is required, and the mod is published for Fabric and Quilt across 62 release versions, 1.8.8 – 1.21.11. Its code is open source under the MIT License, and public links to the source, issue tracker and wiki are available.
Builds are also offered for Paper and Spigot, which are server platforms rather than mod loaders. Configuration is kept simple, and the newest files, 1.2.1 for 1.21.11, were published on 2026-05-16, with the first release dated 2025-03-23.
Key features
Chat forwarding
Game chat messages are sent from the server to the configured Discord webhook as they are typed.
Server status notices
Starting, started, stopping and stopped messages can each be toggled, so only selected notices reach Discord.
Message proxying opt-out
Players can choose to keep their messages from being proxied by starting them with two forward slashes.
Simple configuration
The settings file holds the webhook link and the notice toggles, with no extra setup screens needed.
