Cut Tall Grass changes shear use so a single cut on a tall grass or large fern returns the plant as one item.

What it does

Using shears on a tall grass or large fern removes the entire plant and returns it as a single item, where a normal cut yields two short grass or ferns. Two short grass or ferns can be crafted back into a tall grass or large fern, so the change does not remove the plant from the economy. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, covering 1.21 – 1.21.11, released under the MIT License and open source. The server is the side that needs the mod; players join without installing it.
