Crescent is a Fabric progression mod that adds titanium, drill tools, reforging and a boss fight with the Chromatic Worm.
What it does
Crescent extends the vanilla crafting path with new ingots and alloys. Titanium is a rarer ore than diamond, and it spawns in deepslate. Titanium is used to craft drill armor and a set of tools, so players reach stronger gear without relying on quick diamond mining alone.
The drill is a new tool that works like a pickaxe, and a reforge system lets a player apply a modifier to an item to change its stats. The Chromatic Worm is a boss that spawns with a fight of projectiles and drops a hollow item, which the author describes as the strongest weapon in the game. The mod requires Fabric API. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files are published for Fabric for 1.17.1 and 1.19.2, with version 2.21 for 1.19.2 as the latest build, released under the MIT License. The code is not open source.
