MineTogether, from CreeperHost, is a social mod that adds friends lists, chat and server listings to the Minecraft client, backed by the MineTogether platform.
What it does
Installed on the client, MineTogether provides friends lists, global chat, group chat and direct messages, plus a server list and server invites. Private minigames and server join links opened through the FTBApp round out the social features. Cloud saves and sign-in services are provided by other parts of the platform. Architectury API and PolyLib are required. Either side can run it, and neither needs it, so a server can run without it on its side. Files exist for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, for game versions 1.7.10 – 26.3, under the GPL-3.0 License, which is not open source.

GroupChat is server-side only, open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and published for Fabric 1.18.1. PrivyChat runs on the client and the server together, is not open source, and covers 26.1.2 – 26.2 on Fabric.
