Configurable Recipes
by spacegoat3
Configurable Recipes lets server owners and players switch individual crafting recipes on or off through a config file, and it adds recipes for items that have none in vanilla Minecraft.
What it does
Recipes can be disabled or enabled from the mod's config, so a pack can remove a crafting path without editing data files by hand. The same config also covers recipes the mod adds for items that vanilla Minecraft leaves uncraftable.
Cooking times for the furnace-style recipes the mod handles are set in ticks in the config, with examples given from 23 seconds (460 ticks) up to 6 minutes (7200 ticks). The server and every player need the mod installed. It requires Fabric API and is published for Fabric only, across five game versions 1.17 – 1.18.2, with 1.0.6 for 1.18.2 as the latest file. The code is under the MIT License and is open source.
The author describes the project as early work by a new developer and warns that bugs are likely; reports are asked for through the issue tracker. Other loaders are not planned, since changes to Minecraft's coding in 1.17 made back-porting a poor use of time.
