Compatibility layer for VoiceMessages and ChatAnimation makes voice message playback widgets show correctly when Chat Animation's removeMessageIndicator option is enabled.

What it does

Without this layer, voice messages in chat show only the sender's name when Chat Animation's Smooth Chat option removeMessageIndicator is turned on, in place of the playback widget. The layer patches that display so the widget appears as intended, letting the two mods work together without changes to either one.

The layer requires Chat Animation [Smooth Chat], Fabric API, Simple Voice Chat and Voice Messages. It runs on the client alone, so servers do not need it. The current Fabric build targets 26.1.2 and was published on 2026-05-18 under the MIT License, which is not open source.
