CobbleBadges is a Cobblemon addon that awards elemental badges to trainers who defeat Pokémon of matching types.

What it does

Trainers earn elemental type points by defeating Pokémon whose types match. Once a configurable point threshold is reached for a type, the corresponding badge is granted, and continued point gains can upgrade a badge. Each badge carries its own effect, such as a +10% or +25% boost to jump strength, and the mod includes a range of badges with stronger effects for Cobblemon play. A data pack can disable the default badges and replace them with custom ones.

The mod requires Cobblemon, Fabric API and Kotlin for Forge. Fabric API is needed on the Fabric build and Kotlin for Forge on the NeoForge build. CobbleBadges is published for Fabric and NeoForge and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The code is not open source; it is released as All rights reserved. Files exist only for 1.21.1, and the latest build is 4.0.0+Beta-1, marked as a beta release from 2026-03-18.
