Chest Refill
by samolego
Chest Refill, a server-side utility, refills loot containers on a timer so that looted chests can be searched again.
What it does
The mod refills loot containers that extend RandomizableContainerBlockEntity. Each container regenerates its loot after a configurable wait, 4 hours by default, and players can loot it again with another account. A reset can also be forced, and the loot seed can be randomized so refills differ from the original contents. Chests that are not empty can be refilled too when the matching option is set. The configuration sets the default wait, the maximum number of refills per chest and whether a new seed is used. Specific loot tables can be given custom values, and the server can override both the defaults and the loot table overrides.
The mod is installed in the mods folder on the server only, and players join without it. Changes to the configuration take effect after the server restarts or after the chestrefill reload command is run. The chestrefill command can also be used in game to edit the settings. Files are published for Fabric and Forge, with builds for 1.17.1, 1.18.1 and 1.19; the 1.19 release is the latest. Chest Refill is open source under the MIT License, and the source code, issue tracker and wiki are public.

What the author says
You can also set custom values for specified loot tables. Do you want the end city loot table refilled more times than default? Set the following options. This will cause the minecraft:chests/end_city_treasure to be relootable by same players refillable 100 times * refilled each 60 seconds
