What it does

The chat window can be relocated and resized on the screen, and scrolling speed through the history can be set faster or slower. The scrollbar is larger than the vanilla one and responds to dragging. The mod raises the cap on stored chat messages and on the number of command suggestions shown. Chat Plus also removes the sidebar label that marks server messages as unreportable.

Chat Plus is built around user-defined regular expressions, which drive its message filtering. It overrides the vanilla chat renderer, so another mod that injects code into that renderer through mixins will probably not work alongside it. Architectury API, Cloth Config API, Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin and Kotlin for Forge are required, depending on the loader. Mod Menu is optional and adds a configuration entry point on Fabric.

No. On Forge and NeoForge the required libraries are Architectury API, Cloth Config API and Kotlin for Forge. Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin apply to the Fabric build.
