Calc2MC is a Fabric client-side mod that links a TI graphing calculator to Minecraft through a separate companion program.

What it does

Calc2MC works alongside a calculator setup rather than on its own. A player connects a graphing calculator to the computer with a USB cable, opens TI Connect CE, and drags the Calc2MC program files onto the calculator. The calculator program is then launched through Cesium, a separate shell that has to be set up before the mod is used.

The required order matters. The Calc2MC program on the calculator should be started first, and then Minecraft is launched. Mod Menu is required and must be installed alongside it. The mod runs on the client only, so a server does not need it and players join without installing anything. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.1, and the latest file is 1.0 from 2026-05-24.

The project is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, and its source code and issue tracker are public. Following one of the available tutorials is the most direct way to set up the calculator side.

This mod requires a separate program running on your calculator in order to work properly. Before installing the calculator app, you’ll need to set up a shell such as Cesium on your calculator.
