Bountiful
by ejektaflex
With Bountiful, a bounty board in the world posts objectives for collecting blocks and items, and turning them in pays out rewards.
What it does
Each bounty board offers tasks that ask for specific blocks or items and pays a reward when they are turned in. Decrees, which are found as bounty rewards or crafted, set which kinds of objectives and rewards appear on a board. Up to three decrees can be active on one board, and new bounties draw from all three. Rarity follows vanilla's Common, Uncommon, Rare and Epic tiers, and a higher-rarity bounty has a better chance of a rarer reward.
Each board keeps a Reputation value that rises with every bounty turned in. Higher reputation makes rare bounties appear more often, and some rewards only show up once a board reaches a high enough reputation. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 5 release versions, 1.17.1 – 1.21.1, and needs Kambrik and Kotlin for Forge as required dependencies. Cloth Config API is optional. Client and server both need the mod, and the code is under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, so it is open source.
Key features
Bounty boards
Placeable boards post tasks that reward players for gathering the requested blocks and items.
Decrees
Decrees set the theme of a board, such as armor-related objectives, and up to three can be active at once.
Rarity tiers
Bounties and their rewards use Common, Uncommon, Rare and Epic tiers, matching vanilla item rarity.
Reputation progression
Each board gains reputation with every turned-in bounty, and rarer bounties begin to appear as that value climbs.

Use cases
Goals for solo play
A board gives a player a list of collection goals and a reason to craft items they might otherwise skip.
Who it’s for: Players who want a steady set of collection goals in a survival world, and server owners who want an optional task system for their players.
How it compares
Extra Bounties is also a Fabric, Forge and NeoForge mod under the MIT License, open source, for 1.19.4 – 1.21.1, with the same client and server environment. Bounty Hunt is server-side only, for Fabric 1.20.1 – 1.21.6, and is not open source, so players can join without installing it.

These bounties often ask for you to bring back an item, or kill some mobs in return for whatever rewards they're offering. If you can complete the bounty, you just have to bring it back to the bounty board and…
