B-RTP is a server-side Fabric mod that teleports players to random safe locations, with options for target biomes, cooldowns and dimensions.
What it does
Players send the rtp command and land at a random safe spot in the world. Server owners can narrow the search to a specific biome, redirect the command so it sends players to a chosen dimension such as the End or the Nether, and tune the teleport radius. A gliding mechanic can be applied after arrival, so players drift down from the sky instead of dropping straight to the ground.
Server administrators can set cooldowns per permission group, so ranks like VIP receive shorter waits than other players. Destination chunks are loaded slowly before a player arrives, which the author describes as a measure against TPS drops on servers. Permission nodes and the config file control each setting, and the mod requires E-Utils, Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin to run.

Exploration servers
Players who want to explore unfamiliar terrain can be dropped at random points, then hunt for a specific biome using the biome option.
Chunk-load friendly servers
Pre-loading the destination slowly is intended to limit lag when players teleport into ungenerated chunks.
