BetterTotemHighlight draws a colored box around totems in the inventory, and the box color can be customized.
What it does
A totem in the inventory is outlined with a colored box, so it stands out among other items. The highlight color is set in the mod's options, and a key binding opens the settings screen from the game. The options are built with YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL), which must be installed next to the mod.
The mod is client-side only, so only the client needs it and a server can run without it. Builds are published for Fabric only, covering 1.21.4 – 1.21.8, with 1.0 for 1.21.8 as the latest file, released on 2026-01-08. The code is open source under the MIT License.
