Better Block Breakdown Recipe changes what certain blocks drop when they are broken, so players can obtain items such as clay and glowstone through crafting blocks with less travel.

What it does

Breaking the listed blocks produces different results. Leather, wool, quartz, dripstone, amethyst and honeycomb blocks, along with clay and glowstone, are the blocks the mod reworks. Clay and glowstone blocks no longer drop only themselves when destroyed, which lets more items be stored through crafting blocks.

The mod is a server-side mod: server owners install it, and players can join without installing anything. It can also be installed on a client alone, where it is optional. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and a data pack build is available as well. Game versions covered are 1.21 – 1.21.11, released under the MIT License, and the source code and issue tracker are public.
