Berber's Brews

by MintyBerber

Berber's Brews adds custom potion recipes to Survival, where an awkward potion combined with a single ingredient produces a new effect.

FabricNeoForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.21.1

What it does

Each recipe starts from an awkward potion and one added item. Chorus Fruit yields Teleportation, and adding Glowstone Dust raises it to Teleportation II, which increases teleportation range. A Recollection potion, brewed with a clock, sends affected entities back to their spawn point, including across dimensions, and Redstone Dust raises the return delay from 5:00 to 10:00. Silence mutes the sound effects of affected entities and makes them trigger sculk sensors when they walk, sprint, jump, open chests, break blocks or place blocks.

Other effects cover combat and detection. Reach, made with an Ender Pearl, increases melee range, block interaction range and item pickup range. Peace reduces the hostile mob cap around affected entities, despawns persistent mobs and stops existing mobs from aggressively targeting the affected entity. Intuition has its own recipe and works with the Cobblemon: Intuition mod.

Key features

  1. Teleportation potions

Chorus Fruit makes a teleportation potion, and Glowstone Dust upgrades it to a longer range.

  2. Recollection and Silence

Recollection returns affected entities to spawn across dimensions, and Silence mutes their sounds and sculk sensor triggers.

  3. Clairvoyance and Reach

Clairvoyance makes entities glow with a color for hostility, and Reach extends melee, block and item pickup range.

  4. Peace

Peace lowers the hostile mob cap around affected entities and removes persistent mobs that target them.
