Assorted Cuisine adds food items that appear in the Minecraft world, including sodas, Dragon Fruit, health packs and sandwiches, pies and chocolate blocks.
What it does
Food items from the mod turn up in the world as random assortments. Ten soda flavors restore health when drunk, and two kinds of sweets refill hunger for players on the move. Dragon Fruit can be gathered from cacti once they reach a certain age, and useful health packs heal quickly during combat.
Breakfast choices include butter and cheese sandwiches and scrambled eggs, while melon and chocolate pies and chocolate blocks and cake bars cover desserts. Assorted Cuisine is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later and is published for Forge 1.20.1, with the 0.2.0 beta as the latest file. Both client and server need the mod. Assorted Lib, Assorted Tools and Just Enough Items (JEI) are optional dependencies that the mod can use, and the mod is meant to be used with other Assorted mods, though it works on its own.

Who it’s for: Players who want more food variety in survival worlds, and players who combine it with other Assorted mods. The mod is still work in progress, and the author has noted that more content is coming soon.
