Amethyst Tools Mod
by Kitoglavch
Amethyst Tools Mod lets players upgrade iron, diamond and netherite equipment with amethyst, and it also upgrades arrows and tridents.
What it does
Upgrade recipes take a piece of existing iron, diamond or netherite gear and add amethyst to it. Each upgraded item gains bonus armor, armor toughness, durability and enchantability, while upgraded swords and axes gain extra damage and mining speed. Arrows can be upgraded into glowing spectral arrows that deal more damage and last longer, and tridents can be upgraded for added attack damage and throwing damage.
Every bonus value is set in a .toml configuration file, so server owners can adjust the numbers to match their pack. The mod requires Fabric API, runs on client and server, and is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge with builds covering 1.18.2 – 1.21.1. Just Enough Items (JEI) is optional and can be added alongside it. Its code is open source under the Apache License 2.0, which permits redistribution and addons in modpacks.
