Scythes is a Fabric equipment mod that adds scythe weapons with longer reach, and it runs server-side only.
What it does
Scythes adds a family of scythe weapons to Fabric worlds. Each scythe trades some attack damage and attack speed for a reach of about 2.6 metres, which is longer than a sword, and the balance places them between axes and swords. Scythes lose durability like swords, and the Cloud Scythe uses a double jump. The custom recipes appear in the Recipe Book after a player obtains a stick. Polymer is required, and the mod needs Pehkui 1.20.1 as well.
