AdvancedFurnaceY changes the vanilla furnace so each one runs four smelting processes at the same time, at twice the usual speed.
What it does
Each furnace the mod affects smelts with two times the normal speed and burns its fuel at a quarter of the usual rate, so a single block handles more work on a given amount of coal or other fuel. The changes apply to the furnace itself, so existing furnaces and recipes in a world keep working without new items to craft.
The mod is aimed at players who run large smelting setups in survival, and at server owners who want faster throughput from the same blocks. It is a Client and server mod: the server and every player need it. It is published for Fabric and NeoForge on 1.20.1 – 26.2, is open source under the MIT License, and its source code and issue tracker are public.
