Advancedchatlog-next, a client-side Fabric and Quilt mod, continues DarkKronicle's AdvancedChatLog and extends the chat log beyond the vanilla limit.
What it does
The mod keeps a chat history that reaches past the 100 lines vanilla Minecraft displays, and it retains that history when the game is relaunched. Matches can be searched with regular expressions, which are case-insensitive and treat upper and lower case alike.
Smooth scrolling and a language proofreading option are included among its features. Because it is a continued version of the original AdvancedChatLog, its code carries that project's history forward. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt, with 1.21 and 1.21.8 among the game versions, and the latest builds are v1.2.5 for 1.21.8, dated 2025-09-28.
