Accessible Step
Accessible Step helps players climb full-height blocks with no jump press, using a Step Assistance setting placed in the Accessibility and Controls screens.
What it does
The mod replaces the auto-jump option with a Step Assistance setting that cycles between three values: Off, where no help is given; Step, which raises the player's step height so full blocks can be climbed; and Auto-jump, which uses Minecraft's built-in auto-jump. Like auto-jump, the setting is off on new installations, so players turn it on themselves.
Multiplayer works with this mod, and servers have no need to run it, so a client-only install is sufficient. Some competitive servers may treat step assistance as cheating, so players should switch it off there. Per-server profiles can be set in the mod's config menu while connected, switching the setting automatically on join. Fabric API is required on Fabric builds, while Forge and NeoForge builds need no other mods. Files cover 1.20 – 26.3 across Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the code is open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0.

What the author says
Walk up full-height blocks without reaching for the jump button. This mod adds a new "Step Assistance" option into the Accessibility and Controls screens, replacing the auto-jump option. Like auto-jump, it is off by default on new installations of Minecraft, so you will need to turn it on yourself.
