Zander's Reinforced Armors

by ZanderTM

Zander's Reinforced Armors adds two reinforced tiers to the vanilla armor set, each with its own Blessing effect, and the V1 and V2 upgrades that build them.

What it does

The V1 tier is a straightforward reinforcement: the armor is more durable and more reliable, with a small extra layer of complexity. The V2 tier is where the set gets more involved, because wearing it grants a Blessing passive effect that is exclusive to it and shapes how a player fights.

Later in the game, Infused Boosters act as a mid-to-late upgrade. Combining one with a matching full V2 set pushes the Blessing toward its strongest form. Mixing Blessings and Boosters across sets lets a player find a build that fits their style, and two relics focused on keeping armor alive help protect the gear in dangerous moments.

The mod works with Boosters, whose early and mid-game artifacts bring their own passive effects to the armor set. It runs on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the server and every player need it. It requires Zander Core and Curios API, and Trinkets is needed on Fabric; Zander's Reinforced Tools is optional. Files exist for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, and the code is all rights reserved, not open source.

Key features

  1. Reinforced armor tiers

The vanilla armor set gains two new tiers, V1 and V2, each with its own stats and identity.

  2. Unique Blessing effects

Wearing a full V2 set grants a passive Blessing that is exclusive to the armor and defines the playstyle.

  3. Infused Boosters

A mid-to-late upgrade that, paired with a matching full V2 set, pushes the Blessing to its strongest state.

  4. Protective relics

Two special relics focus on keeping armor alive and protecting the player in dangerous fights.

What the author says

Every vanilla armor set gets two new tiers: V1 and V2. V1 is a straightforward reinforced upgrade — more durable, more reliable, no extra complexity. V2 is where things get interesting: each set unlocks its own unique Blessing, a passive effect exclusive to that armor that defines your playstyle.
