Yo's Trade Post

by Weatheraintbad

Yo's Trade Post adds a Selling Bin block that converts items into other items through configurable trade rules, and it runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.20.1.

FabricClient and serverCC0 1.0 UniversalOpen source1.20.1

What it does

The Selling Bin behaves like the selling bin in Stardew Valley: a player places items into it, and the bin applies the configured exchange rates. Each bin processes items up to three times per new day, and every exchange counts as a single transaction. Trade rules are written in a configuration file, one line per exchange, with an input item ID and quantity, then an output item ID and quantity. Numbers are written without double quotation marks.

Chained trades are supported. One rule can turn iron ingots into emeralds, and a second rule can turn emeralds into diamonds, so the transaction supports a three-level currency conversion. A third processing pass is not needed for the chain to finish in a single transaction. The mod is open source under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, and its source code and issue tracker are public.

The mod requires Fabric API and Fabric Loader 0.16.14 or a higher version. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Its latest file is 1.1.0 for 1.20.1, published on 2026-01-06, and the first release went out on 2025-12-30.

What the author says

Adds a new trading block similar to Stardew Valley selling bin for Minecraft. The Selling Bin will perform 3 processing times on a new day (considered as 1 transaction), and a single transaction supports three-level currency conversion (item - currency 1 - currency 2 - currency 3).
