Installed on the client alone, XP Thrower throws experience bottles on its own at a rate the player sets, and it draws its readout on a HUD whose position can be adjusted.

What it does

While enabled, XP Thrower repeatedly throws experience bottles, much like a macro, at a chosen throw rate from 1 to 200 clicks per second. The mod can start enabled by default, and a toggle controls whether its HUD is shown. The HUD position is set in pixels, measured from the left and from the top of the screen.

The mod can switch the bottles to a different hotbar slot, so the player can keep them apart from other items. It runs on the client alone, so servers do not need it and players join without installing it. XP Thrower is open source under the MIT License and has files for Fabric only, across 13 release versions, 1.21 – 26.2, with 3.0.0 for 26.2 as the latest file.
