XP Share
by Sunroses
XP Share adds one server command, /xpshare, that gives experience levels or points to the players on a server.
What it does
The mod registers a single command for server operators: giving XP to friends. Experience levels climb as the amount is added and the matching cost is subtracted, so the total moves in both directions. Because levels grow logarithmically, a shared amount can make levels drop by the same number again, which the command accounts for.
For a fixed number of levels, the command takes a level count directly. For more technical work, a points subcommand gives an exact amount of experience points instead. The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and it is published for Fabric alone across 1.18 – 1.19.4. Its code is under the BSD 3-Clause License and is open source, with public source and issue tracker links.
Key features
Single command
The whole mod is one command, which keeps the server footprint small and simple to audit.
Share levels with friends
A chosen number of levels can be given to a player, who receives the matching experience points.
Exact points subcommand
A points subcommand gives a precise amount of experience, for cases where levels are too coarse.
Level and point accounting
Experience is subtracted from the giver as levels rise, and the level count reflects that change.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
Use cases
Helping a friend catch up
A server operator or player with a high level can move levels to a friend who is behind on enchanting costs.
Precise experience grants
Scripted or technical setups can use the points subcommand to award an exact amount of experience.
Who it’s for: Server owners and operators who want a small command for moving experience between players, and technical users who need exact experience amounts.
How it compares
FeyFriends is a client-side only Fabric mod under the MIT License, built for 1.18.2 – 1.20.2, so it does not run on the server and cannot share experience. Enchant Command is server-side only, not open source, and covers 26.1 – 26.2 under All rights reserved, which is a different version range from XP Share's. Clickers is client and server, not open source, and targets 1.20.1 – 1.20.6.

What the author says
A simple little mod that adds one command: /xpshare. Use it to give xp to your friends! Most of the time you'll want this: /xpshare levels, and their level number should go up by that much, with the appropriate amount of xp being subtracted from your own.
