What it does

The mod is a client-side tool for saving worlds from singleplayer games and multiplayer servers. Only the client needs it, so servers run without it and players join without installing anything extra. Fabric API is required, and Mod Menu is optional for changing settings from the game's mod list.

Exported worlds can be opened in Creative mode with cheats enabled, which lets a player freely explore a copy of a build or a server's terrain. The mod is published for Fabric only, in version 1.0.1 for 1.21.11, and it is released under the MIT License. It is open source, and the source code is public.

Key features

  1. Singleplayer export

Worlds played in singleplayer can be saved to a separate folder for later use.

  2. Server world saving

Terrain and structures from a multiplayer server are saved to disk while the player is connected.

  3. Creative exploration

Exported copies can be entered in Creative mode, where cheats are active and the saved terrain can be walked through freely.

  4. Optional Mod Menu integration

When Mod Menu is present, the mod's options can be reached from the mods list.

Use cases

Archiving a build

A player saves a finished world before it changes, keeping an offline copy of the builds in it.

Exploring a server copy

A player saves a server's world and explores its terrain in Creative mode, without affecting the live server.

Who it’s for: The mod suits players who want offline copies of their worlds and server owners' communities who want to explore saved terrain. Because only the client needs it, it does not have to be installed on the server.
