WhisperReply lets a player send a reply to the latest whisper received, using a single short command.
What it does
A player who receives a private message can answer the sender with one command instead of typing the sender's name again. The reply goes to the player who most recently whispered, so the command always targets the latest conversation. The mod is designed for vanilla and vanilla-plus servers that do not already offer a reply command.
The mod runs only on the client, so a server does not need to install it and players can join without any change to the server. It depends on Fabric API and is published for Fabric only, with builds for 26.1.2 and five other game versions, 1.21.9 – 26.1.2. The license is All rights reserved, so the code is not open source. Servers that use chat decoration, nickname or custom chat formatting plugins may break the reply command, because those plugins change the format of the direct message.
