What Did You Vote For? 2021 Mob Vote
The 2021 mob vote mobs, the Glare, Copper Golem and Allay, are added to Forge worlds for 1.16.5 by this mod.
What it does
Each mob added by the mod comes from the 2021 mob vote, including the Glare, the Copper Golem and the Allay, and the mod is aimed at players who want to see the voted-on mobs in-game. The Glare appears in forests and the Allay appears rarely in forests, and both can be tamed. A tamed Glare is healed with Sweet Berries or Oak Leaves and follows its owner like other pets, though it grows grumpy in dark areas and moves toward darker spots. A tamed Allay is healed with cookies, follows its owner, and collects nearby items of the same type to deliver back, and it is drawn to nearby Note Blocks.
The mod requires Geckolib, which provides the animation system the mobs use, so Geckolib must be installed alongside it. Some mob animations do not play correctly, a problem the author notes is caused by GeckoLib and that the author has not been able to fix. The mod is built for Forge only and targets Minecraft 1.16.5, so other versions may cause trouble. The mod runs on the client and the server, so the server and every player need it.

Players who missed the 2021 mob vote can add the three mobs to a Forge 1.16.5 world and see how they behave in-game.
Who it’s for: Players on Forge 1.16.5 who want the mobs from Mojang's 2021 mob vote in their world. Servers need the mod installed too, since the mobs spawn on the server side.
