Wanderful Trades changes the Wandering Trader's offers, adding Traveler's Maps that point to structures and a set of new buy and sell trades.

What it does

The mod adds trades to the Wandering Trader. Players can buy items and sell Traveler's Maps, and the maps lead to several kinds of structures. Trade choices include items such as bones, string, bread, baked potatoes, redstone, coal, gunpowder, milk and water buckets, and spider eyes, with the most common goods listed before the rarer ones.

Traveler's Maps mark the locations of settlements, desert and jungle shrines, swamp huts, ancient ruins, snowy dwellings and pillager outposts. Some trades cost a few emeralds, while a map costs ten. Two advancements are added for the map-buying and emerald-selling trade types, and the Wandering Trader's random structures are included in the offers.

The mod runs on the server, and clients may also install it. It is published for Fabric and Forge, with a data pack option, and the files target the 24 release versions from 1.16 up to 1.21. The latest Fabric and Forge builds are 1.0+mod for 1.21, released on 2025-01-10. The mod is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
