Wallpapers
by Im_Maker
Wallpapers adds colorful wallpaper blocks, wallpaper rolls and skirting boards for decorating the walls of a room.
What it does
A wallpaper block is made by using a wallpaper roll on planks, so decorating a room starts with a plank wall. Wallpaper rolls come in all 16 dye colors, and the Dye Depot integration adds 16 more colors when that mod is installed. Seven skirting board types can be placed to finish the base of a wall covered with wallpaper blocks, which lets builders vary the look of each room without leaving the same pattern in every corner.
The mod is published for Fabric and Forge, with files for 1.19.2 – 1.20.2 across four release versions. Wallpapers runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod installed, and it is released under a custom license, which means the code is not open source. Snapshot builds are not part of the published files.
Key features
Wallpaper blocks
Planks become wallpaper blocks when a wallpaper roll is used on them, giving a plain wall a patterned surface.
Sixteen wallpaper colors
Each of the 16 dye colors has its own wallpaper roll, so a room can use one color or a mix of several.
Skirting boards
Seven skirting board types finish the bottom of a wall and go with the wallpaper blocks for a more finished room.
Dye Depot colors
With Dye Depot installed, 16 additional wallpaper roll colors become available for building.

Use cases
Decorating a house interior
Wallpaper blocks and skirting boards let a builder cover the walls of a house in patterns and finish the base of each room.
Who it’s for: The mod suits players who build living spaces and want more wall coverings and color options than vanilla blocks give. Server owners who run building or roleplay worlds can install it so every player sees the same wallpaper blocks.
