With Carved Wood, players gain several new wooden block sets, including carved planks, wooden panels, boards, tiles and lanterns, plus new variants of existing wooden blocks.
What it does
Carved Wood adds sets of wooden blocks in several shapes. Carved Planks, Planks Pillar, Wooden Boards, Smooth Wooden Boards, Wooden Panels and Wooden Tiles each form a separate block family for building floors, walls and trim. Wooden Lantern and Large Wooden Lantern supply light in the same material, so a build can keep one wood throughout.
The mod is a client and server install: the server and every player need it. It is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across seven release versions, covering 1.20.1 – 26.1.2, and the latest files are 1.9.8-B for 1.21.1 on Fabric and NeoForge and 1.9.7-E for 1.20.1 on Forge. The code is under a custom license and is not open source. Public links exist for the source code and the issue tracker.
