VoxelBridge
by Gluten-King
VoxelBridge exports blocks, fluids and entities from a running Minecraft world into glTF 2.0 files for use in Blender and other 3D tools.
What it does
Installed on the client, VoxelBridge reads the in-game scene and writes it out as glTF 2.0, a common format for 3D models. Blocks, fluids, entities and block entities can all be exported, and biome tinting for grass, foliage, water and other vegetation is kept in the output so the colours match the world. Exported files can then be opened in Blender or other digital content creation software for rendering, animation or further editing.
The mod supports modded blocks, resource packs and custom models, so content added by other mods can be exported as well. Texture handling covers individual textures, UDIM layouts and packed atlases up to 8192 by 8192 pixels per tile, and material animations can be exported as frame sequences. VoxelBridge is open source under the MIT License and targets Fabric and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.8, 1.21.11 and 26.2. It was first published on 2025-11-21 and last updated on 2026-08-25.
Key features
Block and entity export
Blocks, fluids, entities and block entities from the current world are written into the exported glTF file.
Biome tinting preserved
Grass, foliage and water keep the colour they have in their biome, so the exported scene matches what the player sees.
Atlas and texture options
Individual textures, UDIM layouts and packed atlases up to 8192 by 8192 pixels per tile are supported, with an adjustable atlas size and thread count.
Texture randomisation and animation
Random offsets and resource pack texture variants can be applied to models, and material animations export as frame sequences.
