What it does

Volcanic Dragon is a datapack-based addon that turns the player into a volcanic dragon with abilities such as Eruption Breath and Magma Blast. The dragon form changes how the player interacts with the Minecraft world, and the transformation is meant to replace ordinary play rather than sit beside it. Required dependencies are Fabric API and Origins, and the mod runs on Fabric, Forge and Quilt.

The dragon's powers come with weaknesses, including brittle scales and an allergy to water, so each ability carries a cost that shapes how the player plans fights and travel. The Nether is treated as the dragon's natural home, and different biomes change how the powers behave. A magma block diet adds a survival constraint, and the mod is also available as a data pack for server platforms.
