Players who trade with villagers can open an info screen on any villager, Villager Explorer shows its profession, trades and job site block in one place, all in a client-side interface.
What it does
VillagerExplorer is a client-side mod that opens a detailed information screen for villagers. The screen lists a villager's profession and the job site block linked to it, and shows the crafting recipes tied to that profession, so a player can check what a villager sells before walking over to trade. Browsing the screen does not change the world or the villager.
The mod runs on Fabric alone, for the 1.21.5 and 1.21.10 game versions. Its latest file, 1.21.10-1.0, dates from 2025-10-28. Only the client needs it, so a player can add it to a single-player world or join any server without the mod installed on the server side. VillagerExplorer is open source under the MIT License and its source code is public.
