Vaulted End is a server-side Fabric and Quilt mod that swaps the Elytra item frames in End Cities for End Ships holding Trial Spawners and Vaults.

What it does

The mod changes the End Ship that holds an Elytra. Its item frame is swapped for a ship built with Vaults and Trial Spawners, so a player who reaches an unraided End can obtain an Elytra without travelling far to find one. The mod is meant to help new players on multiplayer servers get an Elytra early in a world.

Each ship has a Shulker Trial Spawner that always drops an Elytra Key, and two Endermite Trial Spawners below deck that reward Golden Carrots and Rockets. The Elytra sits in a Vault below deck, opened with the key. Roughly one ship in three also carries an Ominous Vault, and its Ominous spawners are much harder to defeat, though they drop Ominous Elytra Keys.

Vaulted End is built on Polymer and runs entirely on the server, so players do not install anything. Vanilla clients can join, and players who want to see the Elytra Keys can use the resource pack that ships with the mod, following the Polymer wiki for server setup. It requires Fabric API and Polymer, is published for Fabric and Quilt for 1.21 – 26.3, and is open source under the Apache License 2.0.
