Upgraded Anvils changes how the anvil handles repairs and enchanting costs, so players can keep working with damaged anvils and skip the Too Expensive limit.
What it does
Upgraded Anvils lets players repair a damaged anvil by right-clicking it with an Iron Block, so a worn anvil does not have to be replaced and rebuilt each time it wears down. That keeps long-running survival bases and builds practical.
The mod also removes the Too Expensive limit on anvil operations, so heavy enchanting and renaming remain possible. Formatting codes can be typed into anvils directly. The mod runs on Fabric and is published for 26.1.2 only, with the 1.0.0-26.1.2 file dated 2026-05-11. Client and server both need it, so players and the server must install the mod together. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source, although its source code is public.
