Unearthed Journey
by EPOCH_Studio
With Unearthed Journey, players travel through Cenozoic time by activating Forgotten Portals that lead to three prehistoric dimensions on Forge for 1.20.1.
What it does
The mod adds three dimensions of Cenozoic content, each divided into biome-like regions that depict the plants, animals and structures of their prehistoric counterparts. It also adds more than thirty detailed animals, four woodsets, two new ores and a challenging boss fight.
Progress starts at a temple to Methuselah, found only in jungle biomes and often thousands of blocks from spawn, where chambers hold monsters and mid-game loot. The lower boss chamber contains Methuselah, whose eye opens the Forgotten Portals found across the overworld. The portal's four corners choose the destination, and archstone pillars complete its sides. Geckolib is required and must be installed alongside the mod. Unearthed Journey is for 1.20.1 on Forge, runs client or server optional, and is All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
