Undertale Death Screen: Continued changes the death screen so that the last heart shatters, as it does in the game Undertale.

What it does

This project is a direct fork of the original mod by Raik176. The concept and the base code come from that author, and the fork carries the Undertale death effect forward. Since the original has not seen updates for years, this project keeps the effect alive with bug fixes and ports to modern Minecraft versions.

Installation runs on Fabric and NeoForge, and only the client needs it, so players join servers without installing anything. Files cover 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3, with 3.0.1+26.3 as the latest build for both loaders. The code is open source under the MIT License, and the source code and issue tracker are public.
