Under Control is a Fabric library mod for 1.20.1 that provides save-data, configuration and option utilities for other mods.
What it does
The library bundles a set of utilities meant to simplify parts of mod development. Its save system stores primitive types such as integers, floats and booleans, and it can store custom classes once the author defines how each one is saved. Save data can be kept in both client worlds and server worlds, so a mod built on it can persist settings in either place.
The configuration system lets a mod register options and build a custom configuration menu. A server reload command refreshes the configuration correctly, so changes take effect without restarting the server. Under Control runs on client and server, and the server and every player need it. Fabric API is required as a dependency, and files are published for Fabric only, with 1.25 for 1.20.1 as the latest release. The code is released under the MIT License and is open source.
