TimestampBro
TimestampBro adds a time stamp in front of each chat message, showing when the message was sent, with a choice of time format and color.
What it does
Each chat line gets a timestamp placed before the message, so a player can see when a line was sent during a session. The format is set by the player, for example HH:mm:ss or HH:mm, and the color of the timestamp can be picked as well. An optional hover tooltip can display the full time over a stamp, and the timestamps can be switched off in-game at any moment.
Options are available in-game through the Mod Menu interface, so Mod Menu is required to reach them. Only the client needs the mod; a server runs without it and players join without installing anything. TimestampBro is for Fabric, with a single file for 26.3 dated 2026-09-17. Builds cover 1.21.11 – 26.3 across five release versions, and the code is not open source, as the mod is released as All rights reserved.
