TimberVein
TimberVein lets a player chop a whole tree or extract a connected ore vein with one block break, cutting down on repetitive work in survival.
What it does
Breaking a log removes the connected logs of the same tree in one action, and breaking an ore block removes the attached ore of the same type. The features are meant to make survival worlds less grindy while keeping gameplay simple. The mod runs on both client and server, so the server and every player need it. Fabric and Forge builds cover 1.18.2 – 1.20.3, with files for 1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.20.1, 1.20.2 and 1.20.3. All rights reserved applies, so the code is not open source.
Key features
Tree chopping
Breaking one log removes the connected logs of the tree, so whole trees come down in a single action.
Vein mining
Breaking one ore block removes the connected ore of the same type, collecting a vein without breaking each block.
Quality-of-life focus
Both functions are small helpers meant to keep survival gameplay simple rather than add new mechanics.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.

What the author says
TimberVein adds two helpful quality-of-life features: tree chopping and vein mining. Break a log to chop connected tree logs faster, or mine an ore block to break connected ore veins of the same type. It is designed to make survival worlds less grindy while still keeping the gameplay simple and fun.
