This is NOT a Horror adds a psychological horror layer to Minecraft, with original entities, shifting day and night events and unsettling changes to familiar exploration on NeoForge 1.21.1.
What it does
Horror entities in the mod carry unique reactions when encountered, and day and night events alter how the world feels. A distorted copy of the player can send unusual chat messages and produce strange tab list activity. Environmental events involve doors, beds, signs, items and the sky, and some of them are rare, personal or left unexplained. Two mysterious dimensions, called Ash World and Door World, extend the setting beyond the overworld.
Visual and audio effects cover the rest of the experience: VHS-style screen interference, custom sounds, jumpscares and hidden encounters. The horror is built for both singleplayer and multiplayer, with personal encounters that can differ from one player to the next. The mod is distributed for NeoForge only, for 1.21.1, and the client and server both need it. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
