Something Feels Off is a discontinued NeoForge horror mod for 1.21.1 that adds slow, unsettling changes to the world.
What it does
The mod layers hallucinations and fake glitches over an ordinary save, with effects that build slowly. It was an experiment in psychological horror that let its effects reach beyond the usual game world, and the author describes its intended horror effects as deliberate.
